As we have been celebrating the passage of Proposition 30 bringing more funding to California schools and Governor Brown’s proposal to implement Local Control Funding, which has the potential to bring even more relief to LAUSD, we find ourselves facing another devastating round of fiscal cuts from a sequestration of federal funds.
