Strike Cancelled! Workers Win at LAUSD!

Our sisters and brothers of SEIU Local 99 have reached a Tentative Agreement with LAUSD, meaning that our strike with SEIU 99 and UTLA is cancelled! All three of our Unions have secured Tentative Agreements that will ensure fair pay, fair conditions, and fair staffing levels for the workers who keep the nation’s second-largest school district running. This is an incredible achievement that was only possible because we stood together!

All AALA/Teamsters will return to work tomorrow as voting begins on our Tentative Agreement. Digital secret ballots will be sent to every member this afternoon and voting will run until Friday, April 24. Only members can vote on our Tentative Agreement. If you aren’t a member, now’s the time to join AALA/Teamsters Local 2010 and have a voice in our Union!
